Join us for the 2026 Wrestling season- open to boys and girls. Altona Middle School Wrestling is dedicated to the betterment of youth through wrestling. Wrestling not only builds strength and conditioning, it also builds self-confidence and character. Through competition the wrestlers learn respect for their teammates, opponents, coaches, and most importantly themselves. These are lessons that will stay with them for a lifetime.
New this year! We just got new and improved uniforms- custom made shorts and shirts. So come join us on the mat and give wrestling a shot!

YEARBOOK- LAST CHANCE!
JANUARY 30th is the last chance to personalize your yearbook.
FEBRUARY 20th is the last chance to order a book and guarantee your child has one when they are delivered. After this date, we will only order a few extra books that will be sold while supplies last.
Ordering is quick and easy through Jostens, and families can choose from a selection of flexible payment options available at checkout, making it simple to fit a yearbook into your budget.

Altona MS Career Day
Altona is excited to hold our 4th annual school-wide Career Day on April 24th! Adult family members or friends of Altona students are encouraged to participate as speakers in the event. We welcome help from anyone passionate about their occupation and open to discussing it with Rattlers! If you want to present to classes on Career Day, fill out the form below.

REQUEST FOR 2026/27 CETC CLASSES DECEMBER 3 -FEBRUARY 3.
1. Log into the Infinite Campus Student Portal at
ic.svvsd.org/campus/stvrain.jsp
2. Select the Academic Planning dropdown at left; click ‘Next’
3. Scroll down to ‘Practical Arts’ heading towards the bottom of the page
4. Select the text box for the upcoming school-year
5. Enter the CETC course name(s) or number(s) you are requesting
6. Select the course(s) you wish to request by clicking on the name
7. If you’d like to select an alternate choice, enter your choice(s) in the
bottom row labeled “alternates”
8. Click the “save” icon in the top left of the page to save requests.
NOTE: For year-long courses both A & B sections should be selected.
