Altona Mathcounts
On Saturday, February 22nd, from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM Altona is hosting the Boulder Chapter MATHCOUNTS Contest!! This is the third time we will have hosted this exciting annual event!
At this event, several teams from middle schools all over the Boulder area will be competing to be the top Math Teams in the region. Our Altona team traditionally advances to the State Contest held in March, and we’ve even sent students to the National Contest!
It takes volunteers to make this event run smoothly: setting up tables, setting out lunch, grading papers, etc. Would you be able to support us with your time between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM?? If so, please contact Sheryl at comtns60@yahoo.com!!
