Mrs. Amanda Menihan taught at Altona prior to moving to West Virginia. She is now a 7th grade math teacher back at Altona. During her tenure in West Virginia, Mrs. Menihan was nominated for the Presidential Award for Excellence in Teaching in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. This summer Mrs. Menihan was informed that she won this award for the state of West Virgina. She had quite the experience in Washington D.C. during the reception and we are very proud of her and her accomplishments. We are very lucky to have her back with us at Altona. ParentSquare: Our New District Communication Tool
