Dear Parents/Guardians,

As part of St. Vrain Valley School’s ongoing technology improvements, Altona will begin using Schoology, an integrated learning management solution that helps track and improve student outcomes as well as enhance student engagement. Schoology lets our class connect both at school and from home.

 

With Schoology, students can engage in a variety of activities, such as submitting homework assignments, participating in interactive discussions, receiving announcements and feedback, taking tests, and writing academic blogs.

 

Both you and your child will be given login credentials to access our Schoology system. Students can login now, but the parent portal will be available in a few weeks.  We are excited to have your involvement in your child’s education, and we encourage you to read Schoology’s Privacy Policy & Terms of Use at https://www.schoology.com/privacy.php. Student progress and activity will be monitored by faculty to ensure a safe, secure, and controlled environment.
