The Altona Spring Musical has returned! You won't want to miss Dorothy's survival from the cyclone and her landing in Muchkinland. Follow as she makes her way to The Emerald City to meet the great and powerful Oz; and the many adventures she encounters along the way. Tickets are available in the office starting today. They will also be available at the door on the days of the performance.
Students participating in our Washington D.C. class saluted local veterans today. Veterans from Longmont's Honor Guard met with these students in small groups to answer questions and share stories from their time serving in the U.S. Military.
All current 6th and 7th grade students will be requesting their elective courses for next year starting on Thursday, March 2nd. The window to select their courses will remain open on Infinite Campus until the end of the day on Monday, March 6th. Below you will find a link to the Elective Course description catalog with all of the choices for electives for next year (in addition to other helpful elective request information).
Do you ever miss that sense of exploration and curiosity you had as a kid? If the answer is ‘yes,’ we have the event for you. St. Vrain Valley Schools is hosting its first ever VEX Robotics Showcase from 5:30 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, March 9. Open to the public, the event an evening of the same fun, hands-on robotics play, learning and experimentation that St. Vrain students relish day-in and day-out, in both class and extracurricular settings.
Below is the link to sign up for Parent/Teacher Conferences on February 13th and 15th, 2017. Conferences will be 4:00 - 8:30 pm on both nights and teachers will have a dinner break from 6:00 - 6:30 on both nights. If you are unable to schedule a conference with a teacher because their schedule is full, please reach out to them directly if necessary.
